If you wish to cancel your membership please email accounts@theaboutme.com. You must include the First Name and Last Name that are on the credit card you used to pay for your account. Please also include the email address associated with your account. If you signed up for a one day trial account and we receive an email within 24 hours then you will not be billed again. There is no trial period for three month accounts or yearly accounts and we do not issue refunds for three month accounts or yearly accounts or for people who do not cancel trial accounts within 24 hours.
